Duties
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure efficient cleaning schedules and high-quality service delivery
- Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and provide ongoing coaching to team members
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness standards
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and guests to address needs or concerns promptly
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment and supplies are well-maintained, stocked, and used responsibly
- Promote a positive work environment by motivating staff, recognizing achievements, and fostering teamwork
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new team members to uphold company standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality environments with leadership responsibilities preferred
- Strong communication skills in English to coordinate tasks clearly and professionally
- Valid driving license is advantageous for transporting supplies or conducting site inspections
