Supervisor (Full Time)

We're looking for an experienced, hard-working Supervisor to join our team at The Vibe Cafe in Liverpool ONE.
This is a full-time position (30-35 hours per week), and full availability across weekdays and weekends is essential.
We're looking for someone with previous hospitality supervisory or management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. The Role
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous hospitality supervisory or management experience
- Is confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment

- Has an interest in speciality coffee or plant-based food

Please note: Although this vacancy is for a Supervisor, all successful candidates will initially join the team as a Front of House Team Member while they learn how we operate. Once you've demonstrated our standards and are confident in the role, you'll begin taking on supervisory responsibilities. This typically takes around 2 to 3 months, although progression is based on readiness rather than time served. A pay review will take place once supervisory responsibilities have been successfully established.
Hours
- Full Time
- 30-35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering 5-star customer service
- Leading and supporting the team during service
- Taking dine-in and takeaway orders
- Serving food and drinks
- Preparing speciality coffee and drinks
- Helping oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the café
- Maintaining excellent cleanliness, organisation and presentation
