Your Impact:
You will be the vital link in your client’s independence. Your role includes:
- Clinical Excellence: Managing Tracheostomy care (suctioning/stoma), PEG/RIG feeding, and Ventilator/BiPAP support.
- Active Support: Accompanying a young person to college, accessing the local community, and promoting social activities safely.
- Personal Care: Assisting with mobility, pressure care (for spinal cord injuries), and daily living.
- Emergency Response: Remaining calm and responsive to medical needs and seizure management.
What We Are Looking For:
- Existing Expertise: Proven experience with Tracheostomy care and PEG feeding is essential.
- Drivers Wanted: A driving licence is required to support community access and college trips.
- Character: You must be calm, caring, and professional under pressure.
- Compliance: An Enhanced DBS is required (we can help you obtain one).
