We are currently looking for confident, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals with a valid UK driving licence to join our dynamic team of Face-to-Face Fundraisers and become part of something truly meaningful.

What We Offer:
- Quick Progression: Advance through our Team Leader levels with opportunities for career growth.
- Hours: 20-25 hours a week.
- Competitive Pay: Earn a guaranteed £12.71 per hour.
- Uncapped Bonuses: On-target earnings of £25,000-£35,000 per year by meeting basic performance expectations.
- Driver Incentive: All drivers are paid 55p per mile for all authorised SMILE-related travel.
Experience and Requirements:
- Training Provided: Experience in sales or face to face fundraising is preferable however full training is provided.
- Transferable Skills: Sales or public-facing roles are beneficial but not essential.
- Language Skills: Fluent English is a must; English doesn’t have to be your first language.
- Please note: This role requires a DBS check. If you do not currently hold a valid DBS certificate, you will be required to apply for one following an offer of employment.
- Driving Requirement: A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. You must also hold the appropriate business-use motor insurance.

- Do you have access to your own vehicle with a current MOT certificate?
- Are you able to dedicate a minimum of four days per week, specifically from Monday to Friday, during the hours of 15.00 to 20:30? Additionally, are you open to participating in optional paid training sessions from 13.15 pm to 13.45 pm?
- Are you happy to apply for a DBS certificate at your own expense? This will be a requirement once an offer of employment has been made.
