Overview
We are seeking a part time or full time enthusiastic Waitress and Bar Staff to join our new team. This role offers an excellent to delivery outstanding service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring all customers enjoy their dining and drinking experience. Previous experience in a restaurant or pub is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. A positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a passion for hospitality are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation
- Handling payments using the till system and providing correct change
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the service areas, including tables, bar counters, and workstations
- Assisting with setting up and clearing tables during busy periods
- Providing recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance guest experience
- Working with your team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or pub is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
- Excellent serving skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
