Hildenborough and Tonbridge Medical Group (HTMG) have an opportunity for a Practice Nurse to join our team on a fixed term contract for 6 months.
HTMG is a thriving teaching and dispensing practice in West Kent with c.16,700+ patients. The team comprises 16 GPs (12 of whom are partners), a practice manager, a well-established nursing and HCA team, clinical pharmacists and a large PCN team including first contact physio, home visiting team, children mental health practitioner, and social prescribers all supported by a fantastic administrative and care navigation team which is led by our very capable managers. We also have GP Registrars and Medical Students from KMMS.

· Most recent CQC rating was “Good”
· Support and mentorship from our experienced nursing team
