Overview
We are seeking Experienced , enthusiastic and dedicated FOH (Front of House) Team Members to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a lively restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is required also a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. This position is fully paid and ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest service and developing their culinary and hospitality skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome from arrival to departure
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
- Handle guest enquiries professionally, resolving any issues efficiently
- Manage cash transactions accurately using the POS system
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a tidy environment at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is required with training provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation skills is advantageous
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Experience with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience is desirable
