Position: Lounge Associate
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lounge and kitchen areas at all times.
- Replenish food, beverages, and other supplies as required.
- Maintain effective communication and collaborate positively with colleagues and other departments.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is desirable.
- Good knowledge of preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
