We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- Strong serving skills with the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks during busy hours.
- Good communication skills and a personable approach to guest interactions are essential.

Pay: £12.21-£14.87 per hour
