Key Tasks:
- Provide ongoing client product support through telephone, email, and remote support software.
- Train clients in the usage of our services.
- Prioritise tasks continuously throughout the working day.
- Monitoring services, in real-time.
- Improve system knowledge and professional development through self-directed learning and training participation.
- Engaging in shift working patterns as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving skills; independent thinking and a sharp eye for detail.
- Conscientious approach to work and team.
- Good time-management and prioritisation skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to multi-task and remain agile in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills (Ability to express confidently and succinctly using a good level of English grammar).
- Strong computer literacy skills (including use of Microsoft Office package).
- Work well under pressure and in a team environment.

Shift patterns:
- Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 7pm on a rota basis.
- Weekend availability, roughly 1 Saturday or Sunday in 3.
