Responsibilities

- Analyse market data, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and other Office tools.
- Manage digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Foster relationships with business clients (B2B marketing) to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales targets.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports using analysis skills to optimise future efforts.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance.
- Maintain organised records of campaigns, budgets, and project timelines using project management tools.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Marketing Management role or similar capacity within a corporate environment.
- Strong background in B2B marketing strategies and client engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrable expertise in project management, organisation, time management, and leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT systems relevant to marketing activities.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively for strategic planning.
- Experience in using analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel for tracking campaign performance.
