Are you passionate about hospitality, customer service and leading a team?
We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated and hands-on Supervisors to join our growing team at The Parry Lamp.
This isn't just another bar job. We're looking for people who want to help build one of West Lothian's busiest entertainment venues.
What you'll be doing:
✅ Supervising bar and restaurant operations
✅ Leading, motivating and supporting the team
✅ Delivering outstanding customer service
✅ Managing busy service periods
✅ Cash handling and till reconciliation
✅ Opening and closing procedures
✅ Ensuring licensing, health & safety and company standards are maintained
✅ Supporting management with training and staff development
✅ Helping drive sales and creating an amazing atmosphere
What we're looking for:
⭐ Previous supervisory or hospitality experience
⭐ Excellent communication skills
⭐ Strong leadership and organisation
⭐ Ability to remain calm under pressure
⭐ Flexible to work evenings and weekends
⭐ Personal Licence preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate)
