Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator / Multitrader to join our team. The position is working across both occupied and void properties across social housing contracts. Decorating experience is essential, plus knowledge of one further trade including:
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and attention to detail in all decorating tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain tools, equipment and working environment in good working condition.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator or similar role.
- Knowledge of 1 or more other trade
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driving license with own van is required to fulfill this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: £140.00-£190.00 per day
