Delivery Operative
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small but rapidly growing team here at Pure Garden Buildings. The company is primarily located in Folkestone and Dover, with a depot in Manchester and Devon. An opportunity to join our team, with this position being Brixham (Devon based)
We are seeking four enthusiastic team players who wants to learn.
Working 4 or 5 days out of 7 (you may work 4 longer days or 5 shorter days).
About the role
You will be on the front line at Pure Garden dealing with customers face-to-face at their property.
The right candidate should be someone who can communicate efficiently with customers and confidently whilst remaining professional, keeping a smile of their face.

- Plastic Sheds
- Metal Shed
- Garden Offices
- Wooden sheds
- Summerhouses
- Garages
This role will include the loading of the van at the start of the day, this also may include a towing trailer as well, delivering garden buildings for leading manufacturers. Making "on our way" phone calls to customers and logging the process in the app.
Other duties will include but may not be limited to:
- Unloading incoming deliveries
- Helping keep the warehouse tidy and organised
- Vehicle Checks
- Use of App's for delivery tracking.
You will normally be working on your own for deliveries.
All training will be provided.
Selection Criteria:
The ideal candidate will be physically fit, hardworking and enjoy working as part of a team.
This is a manual position that involves some heavy lifting.
Being a growing business, you will need to be flexible and reliable. You may be asked to complete other tasks within the business e.g. help load and unload deliveries.
- A full, clean UK driving licence held for over 2 years.
- A forklift licence or experience is an advantage.
Starting rate is £12.75 per hour.
