Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations in Wennington. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring exceptional guest services, and maintaining high standards across all departments. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of the business, including operations, staff, and guest relations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to ensure a motivated and professional team.
- Maintain high standards of guest services, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Foster a positive organisational culture that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and local community stakeholders.
Skills
- Proven management experience within the hospitality industry or similar service sector.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on motivating teams and driving performance.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Adept at problem-solving and handling guest concerns with professionalism.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, guest services, and operational procedures.
