Clearview Glaziers is a leading supplier and installer of high quality windows, doors, and glazing products. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Window Fitters Mate to join our experienced installation team.
Working alongside our skilled Window Fitters, you'll assist with the installation of windows and doors across residential and commercial properties, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on work and is looking to build a long term career within the window and door installation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of windows, doors, and glazing products.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Prepare work areas and assist with the removal of existing windows and doors.
- Support Window Fitters during installation, sealing, finishing, and clean-up.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.
- Follow health and safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Assist with the safe lifting and handling of products and materials.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Keen to learn new skills and develop a career in the industry.
- Practical, with good attention to detail.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Positive, professional, and willing to take instruction.
- Experienced in construction, labouring, or a similar hands-on role (preferred but not essential).
- In possession of a full UK driving licence (preferred).
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:30
Salary
£28,000 – £34,000 per year, depending on experience.
