Eloquent is a multi-award-winning organisation empowering the next generation through creativity, community, and culture. Through training, performances, and youth development programmes, we use dance as a powerful tool for expression, leadership, and opportunity.
We are looking for a creative and proactive Freelance Content Creator to help capture the heart of our movement and bring our story to life online. This role will play a key part in growing our digital presence across Instagram and TikTok, producing compelling video content and helping us engage a wider community.
Key Responsibilities
- Film, edit, and produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, rehearsals, classes, performances, and events in a way that reflects the energy and impact of Eloquent Dance.
- Plan and schedule content in line with our campaigns, events, and programme launches.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative content ideas, series, and social media campaigns.
- Edit videos using strong pacing, captions, trending sounds, and transitions suited to social media platforms.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates to ensure content stays relevant and engaging.
- Assist with posting, scheduling, and managing content across our social media channels.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand voice, mission, and ethos of Eloquent Dance.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience creating Instagram Reels and TikTok content (portfolio required).
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or similar.
- A good understanding of social media growth, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- A creative eye for capturing dance, movement, and live performance.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team.
- Strong organisation and ability to meet deadlines.
- Passion for the arts, creativity, and empowering young people.
