Responsibilities

- Support the movement of dishes from the kitchen to service areas, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials, notifying supervisors of shortages
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
- Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and back-of-house areas to promote a safe and organized workspace
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to create a secure environment for all staff
Skills
- Experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene practices
