Non Violentiam CIC is an expanding, family-run organisation providing supported accommodation to vulnerable women, including those affected by domestic abuse, mental health challenges and mothers with babies. We are looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our flexible workforce.
The Role
You will provide person-centred support to residents, helping them build independence, improve wellbeing and move towards long-term housing. No two days are the same, and you'll work alongside a supportive and experienced team making a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one support sessions and welfare checks.
- Support residents with housing, benefits, budgeting and life skills.
- Maintain accurate support notes and risk assessments.
- Complete property welfare and room checks.
- Liaise with external agencies including local authorities, healthcare professionals and support services.
- Identify safeguarding concerns and follow organisational procedures.
- Encourage residents to achieve positive outcomes and independence.
- Provide cover across different properties when required.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience working with vulnerable adults (housing, domestic abuse, mental health, substance misuse, homelessness or similar).
- Is compassionate, professional and non-judgemental.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Can work independently and use their own initiative.
- Is confident using computers and maintaining accurate records.
- Is flexible and willing to work across different locations.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle (preferred for floating roles).

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per month
