Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as needed to support smooth service flow
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all health standards are met
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Support team members during busy periods by sharing responsibilities and maintaining a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving techniques
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and order accuracy
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
