At The Metal Collective, we’re a small, family-run business specialising in structural and Architectural steel fabrication services. With a steadily growing order book and long-term projects ahead, we’re looking for a skilled Steel Fabricator/Welder to join our team on a permanent basis.
The Role
You’ll be involved in all aspects of architectural steelwork fabrication, from simple balustrades to more complex staircases, balconies etc This is a hands-on role that requires precision, pride in workmanship, and a commitment to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld steel components to a high standard.
- Interpret and work accurately from technical drawings.
- Ensure all work is completed cleanly, neatly, and to specification.
- Maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
About You
- Proven experience in structural steel and Architectural fabrication and welding.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Breaks: 1 × 20-minute and 1 × 30-minute break daily
- Overtime: Available if required but not guaranteed.
