Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice part-time or full time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment journey. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Duties
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
- Interpret medical imaging to assess patients' dental health accurately.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with our in-house Specialists (Periodontologist, Endodontists, Surgeon, and Orthodontist).
- Collaborate with the dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations, fostering effective interdisciplinary teamwork to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Minimim 3 years of experience.
- Valid dental degree from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the GDC.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry and oral health.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry advancements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
