PSV Transport Manager –
We're looking for a dedicated Transport Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bus fleet. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps things running smoothly, and takes pride in safe, efficient transport, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Leeds
Hours: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
- Managing the day-to-day running of our buses
- Ensuring all vehicles meet legal compliance and safety standards
- Planning routes, timetables, and driver schedules
- Overseeing maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Managing and supporting our team of drivers
- Keeping records up to date and liaising with regulatory bodies as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in transport/fleet management (bus or coach industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle compliance and safety regulations , must have PSV Manager CPC
- Great leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing needs
