Trainee Lettings Negotiator

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will be involved in every stage of the rental process, from marketing properties and generating leads to conducting viewings, qualifying applicants, and progressing tenancies through to completion.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
- Generating and following up on new leads
- Negotiating tenancy agreements
- Assisting with property valuations and market appraisals
- Carrying out reference checks and tenancy administration
- Marketing available properties across various platforms
- Maintaining accurate records and updating our CRM system
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
- Representing the company professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
- A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Confidence in dealing with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
- A professional and well-presented appearance
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital platforms
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, real estate, or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language such as Italian, Spanish, French, Chinese, Portuguese, Arabic, or another language
- A genuine interest in property and building a long-term career in the industry
