We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join the Everards team.
You’ll be one of the faces of our shop, putting customers at the heart of everything you do. From offering helpful product advice to providing attentive service at the till, you’ll help ensure every customer enjoys a memorable experience and looks forward to returning.
What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming customers warmly and providing exceptional service
- Using your product knowledge to help customers find the right products
- Processing sales, orders and refunds accurately and efficiently
- Preparing online orders for courier collection
- Replenishing, rotating and attractively displaying stock
- Processing deliveries and storing items correctly
- Keeping the shop and back-of-house areas clean and tidy
- Supporting seasonal shop changes and new product launches
- Helping with other reasonable duties when required
About you
You’ll be a positive, approachable person who enjoys helping customers and working as part of a team. You’ll also bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Confidence using your initiative and working independently
- Strong teamwork and time-management skills
- Customer service experience, although this is desirable rather than essential

Pay: £10.95-£12.81 per hour
