Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to create attractive displays and promotional materials
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic understanding of retail math, including calculating discounts, percentages, and sales totals
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
