We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night Porter join our team at The Heathlands Hotel. The Heathlands Hotel has 130 en-suite bedrooms and is set in beautiful, landscaped gardens within walking distance of the quaint seaside town of Bournemouth and the local train station,

Your duties will include:
- Welcoming any late arrivals and checking guests in and out.
- Running the night audit using our internal system (Opera Cloud)
- Answering the telephone and addressing any enquiries.
- Looking after any guest requests
- Conducting regular security walks, floor checks, and light cleaning duties.
- Following all night shift procedures and any other duties as and when required.
- Completing the nights cleaning checklist ensuring public areas are kept clean
- Setting and clearing event rooms as and when required
The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, a working knowledge of opera cloud would be an advantage however this is not essential as full training will be given.
