We are looking for a professional and reliable SIA-licensed Door Supervisor to join our team at a busy licensed premises.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control entry to the venue.
Ensure the safety and security of customers, staff, and premises.
Check identification and enforce venue policies.
Manage queues and maintain order.
Handle incidents professionally and calmly.
Liaise with management, staff, and emergency services when required.
Complete incident reports and relevant documentation.
Requirements
Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
Previous experience in a licensed premises, bar, club, or hospitality environment preferred.
Excellent communication and conflict-management skills.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts.
Right to work in the UK.
