Role:
Part time weekend Position.
12-16 hours per week.
Weekend availability is essential.
Working as part of a very small knit friendly and supportive team.
Serving and preparing customers drinks.
Maintaining a clean welcoming and safe pub environment.
Providing excellent customer service throughout every shift.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm and efficiency.
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety.
Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service during busy periods.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, serving, or similar roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change accurately
- Excellent time management to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work comfortably in a lively environment
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the team

Pay: £12.71 per hour
