As a senior member of the Restaurant team you will ideally have proven experience of working in a fine dining restaurant and have a good knowledge of wines; together with a commitment to constantly providing the highest standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations
- Take responsibility within the restaurant service
- Maintain standards of appearance; restaurant and personal
- Have full knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ensure pre/post service duties are completed to the highest standard
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service, ideally in a supervisory or senior role
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts
- Knowledge of food allergy awareness and dietary requirements
