We are seeking an experienced and driven FMCG Sales Representative to join a growing vaping business based in Mallusk, covering Northern Ireland. Direct Vapes has grown 5x in the last year and there is a real opportunity to get in on the ground floor and join an exceptional Team.
This is a field-based role focused on managing and developing relationships within the convenience retail channel. You will be responsible for maintaining strong partnerships with existing customers while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of convenience store accounts
- Identify and onboard new customers across Northern Ireland
- Drive sales of vaping and complementary product ranges
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with market trends
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, ideally within the convenience retail sector
- Strong understanding of vaping categories desirable
- Experience calling on and selling into convenience stores
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Full clean driving licence
