Duties
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using languages such as JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, and C.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve existing applications by troubleshooting issues, optimizing code, and implementing new features.
- Integrate third-party APIs and develop RESTful services to enhance application functionality.
- Manage version control using tools like GitHub, SVN, and Git to ensure code integrity and collaboration efficiency.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to deploy applications and manage infrastructure needs.
- Write efficient SQL queries for database management in MySQL or SQL Server environments; optimize database performance.
- Participate in code reviews, adhere to best practices in software development, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support application deployment on Linux-based systems and utilize tools like.NET frameworks for enterprise solutions.
- Contribute to front-end development efforts using JavaScript frameworks to create engaging user interfaces.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development with proficiency in languages including JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, or C.
- Strong understanding of front-end development techniques and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems such as GitHub, SVN, or Git.
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure for application deployment and management.
- Knowledge of REST APIs for integrating external services and building scalable backend solutions.
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or SQL Server; ability to write optimized queries.
- Solid understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
- Ability to develop applications using.NET frameworks and leverage APIs effectively.
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes including Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
