Recently graduated (or about to) from a Russell Group uni with a 2:1 or above and wondering what’s next? Thinking about teaching, psychology, or education but not ready to commit to teacher training yet? This is your foot-in-the-door role.

Role Expectations:
- Supporting a wide-student body (Mainstream, SEN, EAL, etc); both 1:1 and in small group settings
- Working closely with teachers in real classrooms (not just observing)
- Learning how schools really work day-to-day
- Building experience that genuinely strengthens PGCE, MSc or Doctorate applications
It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and impactful. You’ll need to think on your feet, communicate well, and genuinely care about young people.
