At Teesside Hospice, every donation, fundraising event and act of support helps us provide vital care and support to local people and their families when they need it most. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Supporter Care Officer to play a key role in ensuring everyone who supports our work feels valued, appreciated and connected to our cause. Working at the heart of our Income Generation team, you will help create exceptional experiences for donors, fundraisers, lottery players and supporters, building lasting relationships that inspire continued support for the hospice.
As our Supporter Care Officer, you will be the first point of contact for many of our supporters, providing excellent customer service, coordinating donation acknowledgements, maintaining accurate supporter records and supporting tailored communications. You will also oversee the day-to-day administration of our charity lottery and work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure every interaction reflects our values of being accountable, trustworthy, principled, skilled and compassionate. We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, approachable and passionate about making a real difference in their community. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
At Teesside Hospice, we believe in making every moment count. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional, specialist care and support to patients and their families during challenging times.
People are at our core. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and development and are always aiming for the highest standards and working environment. Our teams work positively together, collaborating to ensure our patients get the best care, and staff enjoy a fulfilling career knowing they make a real difference in people's lives.
Our values are Compassionate, Skilled, Accountable, Trustworthy and Principled - working here means being part of a community that focuses on empathy, respect and teamwork. We're there for everyone who needs us and are on a mission to change the way society and healthcare systems care for people.
Join us at Teesside Hospice and be part of a place where your skills and compassion can truly shine.
