Nidus Architects is a small, award wining practice based in Mid Wales. We work primarily with private clients on bespoke homes and high end extensions, specialising in the adaptation and reuse of traditional buildings.
We are looking for an Architectural Technician to join our team, with a focus on the technical development and delivery of projects from planning through to construction. You will be involved in:
- Preparing high-quality planning and technical drawings working as part of a team
- Developing clear, well-resolved design and construction information
- Submitting planning applications
- Producing supporting reports and documentation
- Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors
This is a hands-on role within a small studio where care, precision and a genuine interest in how buildings are put together is essential. This is a full-time position offering a good standard of pension and holiday benefits and the job.
