The role
- Carry out pest control inspections and treatments across a varied client portfolio
- Identify pest infestations and implement effective treatment plans
- Deliver both reactive call-outs and planned maintenance visits
- Provide expert advice while building strong, lasting customer relationships
- Complete accurate digital reports and maintain detailed records
What we're looking for
- BPCA/RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management desired but not essential
- Clear, confident verbal communication
- Good organisation and time management
- A professional, reliable, and well-presented approach
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Transferable skills (Advantageous, not essential)
- Drainage / plumbing
- Multi-skilled tradesperson / handyman experience
What we offer
- Competitive basic salary of £25,000–£30,000, depending upon experience
- Excellent earning potential through performance bonuses, paid overtime & 5-10% commission on new business generated
