About the role
You will be an integral part of the Accounts teams in processing the firm’s transactions, including but not limited to:
- Processing of client receipts and payments
- Understanding client ledger and completion statements
- Using the firm’s internet banking system
- Bank account reconciliation
- Client ledger management
- Assist Legal Teams accounting queries
- Adhere to CLC Account Code
- Liaise with the bank regarding general queries
- Assist Head of Accounts with all functional activities as appropriate.
About You:
We are seeking a bright, professional, and team-oriented Accounts Executive to join our friendly and supportive Accounts team. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
While full training will be provided, candidates should ideally have a minimum of one year's accounts experience, with previous sales ledger experience being advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their career within a collaborative and professional team.
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
