The Old Dairy Farm Nursery based just outside Petersfield are looking for passionate, hard working and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our friendly team, supporting children aged 0–5 years in a stimulating, child-led environment inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. Full and part time roles are available.
Set on our own working farm with breathtaking views of the South Downs National Park, Old Dairy Farm Nursery offers a truly unique learning environment with extensive outdoor provision, a dedicated Forest School site, and daily opportunities for children to explore nature and the world around them.

The Role
- Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Create engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS and our Reggio-inspired ethos
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through play and exploration
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a positive and professional team
About You
- Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Have experience working with children aged 0–5 years
- Have a strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Be passionate about outdoor learning and child-led education
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Hours
Full-time and part-time opportunities available, Monday to Friday between 7:15am and 6:00pm, operating 51 weeks per year. Apprenticeship and zero-hours opportunities may also be considered.
