Overview
We are seeking a motivated Car Wash Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while ensuring vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a friendly demeanour to create a positive experience for all customers. Previous experience and driving skills are advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Operate car wash equipment efficiently and safely to deliver high-quality cleaning services
- Greet customers courteously and assist with their vehicle needs
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including cleaning tools and surrounding premises
- Ensure vehicles are handled carefully during washing and drying processes
- Manage cash or payment transactions accurately at the point of sale
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Valid driving licence is preferred to assist with vehicle movement if required
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
