Three Shires Landscaping Ltd is looking for an experienced hard landscaper to join our growing team.
We're an established landscaping company delivering high-end domestic and commercial landscaping projects across Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire. Our work includes natural stone paving, granite setts, retaining walls, porcelain paving and premium outdoor spaces.
We're currently working on prestigious projects for high-end clients, so we're looking for someone who takes real pride in their work and consistently works to a high standard.
The Role
You'll be involved in a variety of hard landscaping projects, including:
- Granite setts and cobble laying
- Natural stone paving
- Porcelain paving
- Edging and kerbing
- Steps, walls and other hard landscape features
- Working accurately from drawings and levels
- Maintaining exceptional attention to detail on high-specification projects
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in hard landscaping
- Confident laying granite setts/cobbles to a high standard
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable with a good work ethic
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
Desirable
- CSCS Card
- Experience operating small plant
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
