We are looking for a reliable, experienced multiskilled Joiner / Kitchen fitter to carry out small works across student accommodation properties in Kingston, London. This is a temporary summer contract with potential long term contract for suitable applicant.
What the work involves:
General multiskilled Joiner repairs and maintenance
General kitchen fitter skills
Leak detection and fixes
Tap, toilet, and shower replacements
Minor pipe work
Responding to snagging lists between tenancies
You will be required to work away
Requirements:
Proven multiskilled Joiner / kitchen fitter experience (domestic/residential)
Ability to work independently and manage your own time
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Own tools required
Valid ID and right to work in the UK
Desirable:
Experience working in student or HMO properties
Pay: £20.00 per hour
