We are an award winning digital media agency with many big brand retail and commercial clients including Argos, Loreal, Tesco and Boots.
You must be able to speak Dutch up to B2/C1 level. Our interview process will include a 10 minute conversation in Dutch.
We have offices based in the UK, France and more recently Belgium with clients located all over the world. This role will be based out of our UK office, but the primary functions will be assisting with Pixel Belgium clients, engineers and helping to manage the current team member in the BE support team.
The helpdesk aspect of the position will involve taking direct calls from clients & engineers, pro-actively troubleshooting issues, resolving problems and identifying root causes, all within our ticket management framework.
You will be provided with training on our specific hardware, configurations, processes and techniques, but should understand the facility of a remote support desk.
You should have a passion for digital technology, a knowledge of PC hardware configuration and management of Windows, Linux and Android.
You should have an eye for detail and a thorough methodical approach. A friendly manner with good written and oral communication skills is a necessity to work in our environment.
This role would ideally be suited to somebody who is confident in a helpdesk role and is looking to progress to team and project management and to also help ensure the helpdesk and any future rollouts run smoothly.
