As part of this growth, we are currently recruiting for a Business Development Researcher to join our Business Development & Analytics (BDA) team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is analytical, inquisitive and highly organised, with a keen interest in research, data and emerging technologies. You will play an important role in supporting our business development activity by gathering and analysing market intelligence, maintaining high-quality CRM data and helping identify potential customers, markets and commercial opportunities.
The Opportunity:
The purpose of the Business Development Researcher role is to support the wider Business Development & Analytics function through effective market research, data gathering and CRM management.
Working closely with our BDA, Sales and Marketing teams, you will ensure that prospect, customer and market information is accurate, current and readily available to support lead generation and strategic decision-making.
Technology will also be an important part of the role. You will have the opportunity to utilise and develop your knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation and research tools to improve data quality, increase efficiency and generate valuable commercial insights.
You will also support the business in researching and monitoring relevant procurement frameworks, helping identify new opportunities for Premier Modular across our target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, verify, maintain, and continuously improve the quality of prospect and customer data within the CRM system.
- Ensure all CRM records are as accurate, complete, and up to date as possible, including key contacts, and company account information
- Support the BDA team and Sales teams by providing relevant data and market intelligence
- Research and map target organisations, key accounts, stakeholders, and decision-makers to support outreach activity.
- Work closely with the BDA lead to identify opportunities and available software packages to improve data quality, research processes, and the effective use of technology and automation.
- Use A.I. tools to enhance research activities, data validation, analysis, reporting, and insight generation.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to support lead generation campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the collection and distribution of market intelligence across the business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant data protection requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BDA processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support growth objectives and strategic priorities.
- Track, interrogate and monitor potential frameworks for Premier Modular to become a part of.
- Identify opportunities within existing frameworks for Premier Modular to work on.

Hours: Monday – Friday 37hrs total (Mon-Thurs 8:30am – 5:00pm, Fri 8:30am – 4:30pm)
