We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to help lead the one of North West Londons talked about venues.
Oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards and contributing to the success of a brand new opening.
What we are looking for:
- Proven Assistant Manager experience within a restaurant, cafes or all day dining hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Strong knowledge of wine.
- Strong Coffee knowledge
- Able to train and inspire teams on wine knowledge and guest recommendations.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and restaurant service standards
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanour.
This role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to contribute their expertise to lead a genuine flagship opening.
Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
