We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join our dedicated Health Visiting team at Homerton Healthcare. Based at Orsman Road, this vital role supports the smooth running of the 0–5 and Single Point of Access (SPA) Teams, ensuring efficient administrative and booking processes across the service.
As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for booking appointments, contacting clients, managing daily operational tasks, maintaining team planners and supporting cross cover arrangements across the administrative team. The role also includes supporting safeguarding processes, maintaining data accuracy across systems such as RIO and EPR and coordinating communication between internal teams and external partners.
You will play an essential role in supporting the delivery of high-quality services to children and families across the community, helping the service meet operational and performance targets while contributing to the implementation of new centralised administrative processes across the service.

Facilitate the smooth operation of the 0–5 and Single Point of Access (SPA) Teams by managing key administrative functions, including booking appointments, contacting clients, maintaining team planners, cross covering staff duties where required and supporting safeguarding processes.
Process daily operational reports, including birth and antenatal lists, demographic changes and A&E reports, to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems such as RIO and EPR.
Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external partners, including social services, GP practices and early years settings.
Compile and distribute safeguarding files, ensure the accuracy of sensitive information and liaise with relevant stakeholders to support continuity of care.
Support the implementation and embedding of the new centralised booking and administrative processes across the service to improve clinic utilisation, patient flow and consistency of practice.
Deliver training and support to team members to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the service.
