Duties
- Client relationship support for C Suite including some account management of selected clients not limited to dealing with enquiries and telephone support.
- Assisting clients with audits with ATA’s and the DVLA.
- Administration of emails requesting information or data to be sourced and collated to incorporate audit support where required.
- Liaison with business partners and suppliers to adhere to best practices.
- Client query administration.
- Report reconciliation and queries.
- Invoicing queries.
- Troubleshooting.
- New client prospecting and qualification to include some cold calling.
- Onboarding new clients and cascading announcements internally.
- CRM administration and maintenance.
- Data load and administration.
- Updates and amendments to letter suite and processes in general.
- Project support.
- Basic office administration e.g. printing, scanning etc.
- Management of helpdesk tickets with system provider.
- Diary management.
- Website maintenance and administration.
- First line IT support.
- Holiday cover for team members as required.
- General support to Senior Management Team as required.
- Providing support to all teams across the business where needed to maximise the teams’ efficiencies.
- Ad-hoc duties and assignments as appropriate to support the business.
- Any other duties as required by the business commensurate with the post.
Requirements
- Proactive self starter.
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong MicroSoft Excel skills
- Prior administrative experience demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of office software applications and data management systems
