About the position
In this role, you will be fully remote, although there will be site visits and occasional
team meetings.
We would welcome applicants with over 5 years’ experience within Building
Surveying and who have already achieved MRICS / MCIOB / MCABE CBuildE or
equivalent professional qualifications. We would prefer candidates who have
achieved their charter via a work experience route.
Our Building Surveyors are expected to have a full clean driver’s licence, a car and
their own surveying equipment.
To be shortlisted you must be able to clearly demonstrate the following -
- Excellent building surveying and building pathology skills along with a wide knowledge of construction methods.
- Experience in building control and planning applications.
- Good knowledge of the current Fire Safety requirements for high-and low-rise properties.
- Relevant technical experience and professional qualification in Building Surveying.
- A broad range of communication and influencing skills.
- Strong organisation and prioritising ability.
- Good report writing and presentation skills and ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholders.

Pay: £26,300.27-£62,443.15 per year
