Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity grow within a friendly, modern shop that has been established for over 5 years. You will play a key role in establishing our brand on a busy high street with high foot traffic, and with a full column, you will make up to £200 a day.
Duties
- Provide professional haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services for diverse clients
- re-book clients in to future proof your diary - training will be given.
- Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and offer expert advice
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business
- Manage your column
- Ensure all services are delivered with attention to detail and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a barber in an established shop
- Strong communication skills is a must
- Proficiency in all aspects of barbering
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Confidence working independently on a chair hire basis or within a team environment
