Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations, including food and beverage preparation, serving, and customer interactions
- Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and support staff to deliver outstanding service with energy and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and responsible alcohol service policies
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee food production processes to maintain quality and efficiency
- Train staff on culinary techniques, cocktail crafting, and hospitality best practices to elevate guest experiences
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining high service standards
- Foster a lively yet safe environment by supervising the bar area during peak hours and resolving customer concerns promptly
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably within bar or beverage service roles
- Extensive restaurant experience with a focus on food preparation, cooking, and food safety procedures
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, staff training, and operational oversight
- Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is highly desirable
- Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous as you will a shift duty too
- Strong understanding of the importance of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
