Salary: £46,000 - £52,000 - DoE
Our client is a leading luxury event caterer, delivering exceptional food, service and event experiences across London. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Event Operations Manager to join their operations team.
Reporting to directly into the MD, you will take ownership of the operational planning and delivery of multiple high-profile events across a variety of venues and client sites. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong food & beverage knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Lead the operational planning & delivery of multiple events across London.
- Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring exceptional service & operational standards.
- Manage event logistics, staffing, transport, scheduling & operational planning.
- Ensure seamless food & beverage service across all events.
- Build strong relationships with clients, venues, suppliers and internal teams.
- Work closely with sales, kitchen and logistics teams to deliver successful events.
- Monitor staffing levels, budgets and operational costs to maximise efficiency.
About You
- Proven experience in a Senior Events Manager or similar operational role within event catering, hospitality or luxury events.
- Strong food & beverage/catering knowledge is essential.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple events and multi-site operations rather than a single venue.
- Strong leadership, planning and people management skills.
- Calm under pressure with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercially aware with experience managing staffing and operational budgets.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and operational excellence.
